These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ach67 platform and all its services. By accessing the ach67 website or creating an account, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.

• Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 → Total balance ৳22,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn. This applies to the bonus amount only, not the total balance.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Terms of Use

• Bonuses cannot be claimed on multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.
• After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are for use in games only.
• ach67 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.

5.4 VIP Rewards Program

ach67 has four VIP tiers for regular players. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher tiers based on regular activity and betting history.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

ach67 follows a fair play policy. All our games are operated using certified and verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures every outcome is completely unbiased.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game result is left undetermined due to a technical error, ach67 reserves the right to void that round and return the bet. Winnings obtained as a result of a technical error will not be paid out before verification.

6.3 Game Availability

6.4 Sports Betting

Any form of fraudulent activity on the ach67 platform is strictly prohibited. The following activities will be considered fraud:

• Claiming bonus benefits using multiple accounts.
• Playing games using automated software or bots.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes by colluding with other players.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Participating in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Operating an account using false or stolen identity.

If fraud is proven, ach67 reserves the right to permanently close the relevant account and forfeit all deposited funds.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 ach67's Rights

ach67 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Irregularities in regular financial transactions.

8.2 User Rights

You may also request to close your account at any time. If there are any unsettled bets in your account at the time of the request, the account will be closed after those bets are settled. Any balance remaining in the account can be withdrawn before closure.
